Happy 4th of July!

We took the day off to celebrate and spend time with family.  We are so grateful for our service men and women, and for their families who sacrifice so much.  I had the honor of getting to know a military wife this past year, and her strength and resolve were truly inspiring.

Per tradition, we spent the morning and early afternoon at the Kaysville Water Park.  Steve decided that the non-water part is just a giant commercial for Kaysville businesses, but I still love it.  It's a small town parade that ends in a small town water fight.  It's great, and the kids love it.

That afternoon we got to spend some time with some additional extended family, we flew in from all over the world for a little family reunion of their own.  It was great to see everyone!
